We focus on projects that nurture both people and place. By addressing fundamental questions about how you live, we craft homes that are beautiful and genuinely fit for purpose.

Our Philosophy

Sustainability is woven into every decision we make. We work with ethical suppliers, thoughtful builders and natural materials that tell a story and age gracefully over time. Our homes are designed to conserve energy, reduce costs, and provide long-term value, both financially and environmentally.

Our process is robust yet adaptable, allowing you to be as involved as you choose. We work closely with a select number of clients to ensure your project receives the time, care, and attention it deserves.

Imogen’s Story

Imogen has over 17 years of experience in architecture. Having studied in Denmark and Melbourne, she creates spaces that are elegantly functional and contextually rich. As climate change became undeniable, Imogen began focusing on to high-performance, low-energy homes.

She finds joy in the entire design process, from the first sketch to the final detail, ensuring each home is crafted with purpose. Collaboration is at the heart of her work, and she carefully assembles the right team for each project. As a sole practitioner, Imogen works closely with every client, gaining a deep understanding of their lifestyle and aspirations and balancing a broad vision with the intricate details of interior design. By taking on only a small number of projects at a time, she ensures the level of care and craftsmanship each home deserves.

Imogen’s mission is simple: to design homes that benefit future generations, enhance wellbeing and stand the test of time.

“Everything I do is about maximising my impact for the environment and inspiring others to be part of the climate solution.”

Our Services

We design new homes and renovate existing ones, always striving to improve upon the past while creating a healthier, more sustainable future—for you, for future generations, and for the planet.

Thermal comfort enhancements

We work with you to improve the energy efficiency and thermal comfort of your home without increasing its footprint. We help you make the most of what you already have—optimising space, enhancing internal flow, and upgrading interiors.

This sustainable option adapts to your evolving needs, enhancing what’s already in place while reducing the environmental and financial costs associated with new construction.

The result is a home that feels better, performs better and lasts longer.

Renovations with additions

Older homes carry history and character, but most were not designed with natural light, solar gains, or passive ventilation in mind.

Our renovations celebrate the existing structure and heritage while improving comfort, energy efficiency, and liveability.

By applying ethical design principles and using carefully selected materials, we transform homes into spaces that are healthy, sustainable, and deeply connected to their surroundings.

New Passive homes

We design healthy, comfortable, and beautiful homes with minimal environmental impact.

Built to passive house standards, every new home we create is self-sufficient in operational energy, resilient to climate change, and built with ethically sourced materials.

These homes provide exceptional energy efficiency, year-round thermal comfort, and long-term cost savings—all while reducing your carbon footprint. They’re good for you, good for your budget and good for the planet.
